There were a few commercial guys who attended just because Marc was going to be there because he is, and I quote, ‘Sort of a rock star in the property management world.’ I can’t thank you, Marc, Maura and Travis enough for helping us provide such a top-notch event!” – O’Hara Keszler, Professional Development Director, Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®

“They LOVED Marc. I sent him an e-mail thanking him and letting him know that even I took away a lot from the sessions yesterday. He was incredibly engaging and funny. Did a great job teaching as well. When someone knows their stuff, it’s much easier to learn from them and really gain knowledge and it’s clear that he used his experience to teach those courses.” – Derek Binsfield, M.Ed, Education Manager, OKC Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®

“I so enjoyed meeting you last week!  Having the chance to talk to you was definitely one of the highlights and I appreciate the time you took in speaking with me.” – Sarah Turocy

“Marc’s presentation at our California State Chapter of NARPM annual conference in Palm Springs was inspiring. I was working on running the conference, pulled in numerous directions and distracted. But when Marc got up to speak I had to stop and listen. His keynote presentation has inspired me on our theme for next year. ‘Success. Balance. Family.’ With his knowledge of this industry and insight, he is truly helping us become better at what we do. His presentation was well received, and we are looking to having him return next year.”  Michael Braddon, MBA; President of California NARPM; Past San Diego NARPM Chapter President 2016-17; Communications Chair SD-NARPM

“Every year we are surprised by certain speakers, some in a good way, others not so much. Your performance raised the bar and blew away any expectations we might have had and we’d love to have you back next year. It really means a lot that you take your craft seriously and honored the people in the room that invested so much to be there with a great performance.”  Jordan Muela, CEO Lead Simple, “Grow” event, California, 2018

“Marc Cunningham recently made a presentation to our state chapter of NARPM members at our annual state conference.  Marc provided an engaging, thoughtful and at times, humorous keynote presentation that was relevant, timely and offered a lot of great content that was VERY well received by our membership.  In addition to being one of our ‘keynote’ speakers, Marc also taught one of our break-out workshops that was a major success for those that attended – thank you Marc for your willingness to provide our members with much needed information that helps us to raise the “high bar” within our industry and gives professional managers throughout the state of California content that provides their businesses with our industries “best practices’!” Bob Davie, California National Association of Residential Property Managers

Thank you for inspiring me.” Mathias Wondwosen

“I really enjoyed meeting you on Wednesday at the conference and hearing your thought-provoking presentation. I wish my boss had been there. He and our team are trying to grow a 7 million dollar a year company into something truly great. So when you said right at the start, ‘If you get better, you will grow bigger,’ it really got my attention. As you went on through your principles of business, I realized that your presentation is important for practically anyone in any business that wants to succeed. Obviously, the content of your speech is top-notch with broad appeal. Your delivery was confident poised, relaxed, and laced with light-hearted humor that was delightful. You spoke as if you were having a heartfelt conversation with the audience, which indeed you were. Your passion for your business and your passion for helping other people in business clearly came through. It resonated with everyone. People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care. And you hit it out of the ballpark on both scores.” Bill Wright
